美佳素CE染料屬經濟型毛用活性染料,適用於羊毛 、絲光羊毛 、羊絨及其混紡 。
Megazol  CE belongs to economical Reactive dyes for wool. Recommend for wool, mercerized wool, cashmere and its blends 。

0-10%   元明粉0-10% Sodium Sulfate (Glauber’s salt)          4%   硫酸銨4% Ammonium Sulfate
0.5-4%  醋酸80%0.5-4% Acetic Acid 80% Solution              PH   7-4.5

B ：X% 美佳素CE染料/ Megazol CE  dyes
在另一處理浴中加入氨水或純堿於80-85℃清洗/Add Ammonia or Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda) in another finishing bath, and do the scouring at 80-85C.

C:  Y%  氨水Y% Ammonia
Z% 純堿Z% Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda)
PH  8-8.5
溫水衝洗後冷水衝洗 ，及以醋酸PH5.0酸化處理/Warm water wash, followed by cold water wash,
then acidified to pH 5.0 by Acetic Acid.

美佳素黑CE染色Megazol Black CE Dyeing Process
A: 0.3-0.8% 勻染劑  （合適）0.3-0.8% Suitable Leveling Agent
0-10%    元明粉0-10% Sodium Sulfate (Glauber’s salt)
4%       硫酸銨4% Ammonium Sulfate
0.5-4%   醋酸80%0.5-4% Acetic Acid 80% Solution
PH       4-4.5
X%       美佳素黑CE/ Megazol  Black CE dyes
B  C1  先用溫水衝洗 ，1g/l 純堿60℃ ×5  ，排空然後再作堿處理（同上“C”）
Warm water wash, then repeat 5 times of Alkali water treatment at 60℃ with 1g/liter of Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda) solution. Same as the above “C” section.
